Generation.org, an economic mobility nonprofit, started The Durability Collective with the mission of sharing their data & analytics processes with other economic mobility organizations worldwide. Their strategy is to train manageable cohorts of leadership teams through their academy program.
The idea of the visual identity was to create an abstraction of Durability to serve as their brand icon; a foundational element begot of core structures that could expand to create larger shapes and forms—mimicking their cohort process.
